What information we collect

If you write to us through a form: your e-mail address and, optionally, your name, phone number, company and message. We do not use cookies on this site. Visits are counted with a cookieless measurement tool that does not identify individuals (Cloudflare Web Analytics). When you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot checking.

Why we use it

To answer your question and to consider your request for an initial meeting. We do not use it for any other purpose, such as advertising or newsletters.

How the form works

When you submit the form, your message is sent directly from our site to our mailbox through Cloudflare and Microsoft 365. If you send it as a question, only the question text (without your name, e-mail address, phone number or company) is stored in a database at Cloudflare and is translated with Cloudflare Workers AI when it is published. You will receive an automatic "message received" e-mail.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We use Microsoft 365 for e-mail and Cloudflare for hosting and visit measurement. These service providers may process data outside Türkiye and the EU as well.

How long we keep it

We keep questions and meeting requests for 2 years after they have been answered, then delete them.

Publication in the FAQ

Your question may be published on the FAQ page in general wording, without your name, e-mail address, phone number or company. If you do not want it published, say so in your message or write to info@ydd-tech.com, and we will remove it. Answered questions are published together with their answers, translated into eight languages.

Your rights

You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and (under EU and Turkish law) to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to info@ydd-tech.com.
